Orders

Adding items to your basket is not an order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. If an item turns out to be out of stock or incorrectly priced, we will contact you and refund you in full rather than complete the order.

Prices and stock

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Clearance stock is limited and prices can change without notice. Product photos are for illustration; packaging and minor details may differ from the image shown.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale abuse or anything unlawful.

Using the site

You may not copy our content, scrape the catalogue, or interfere with the running of the site. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
