Costs

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £40. Below that a flat standard delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay. We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only; Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

Dispatch and timings

Orders placed on a working day before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day, otherwise the next working day. Standard delivery normally arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Busy clearance periods can add a day or two.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link from the carrier once your parcel leaves us. Larger items may be sent on a pallet or two-person service, and the carrier will contact you to book a slot.

Missing, late or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any photos. We will replace or refund the item — please do not throw away damaged packaging until we have sorted it out.
